Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Cook II for the Center for Aging Community Living Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. This full-time role focuses on preparing nutritious meals, delivering great customer service, and collaborating with the culinary team.

You will read recipes, cook and plate items for various meals and events, support management, and uphold food safety and quality. A 3–4 year related experience is preferred and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing items.
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte setting or operate a grill station.
• Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during the shift.
• Attend work and show up on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and vary by account and client needs.
