Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Collaborate with Culinary Services Director to keep residents satisfied with dining programs.
• Assist in supervising culinary staff.
• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus.
• Maintain kitchen and storage areas in a clean, safe, sanitary condition.
• Open/close the kitchen and adhere to cleaning schedules.
• Document temperatures and manage food safety procedures.
• Prepare snacks/beverages for residents and support special events.
