Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of operation of equipment and food-handling procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food per current standards and guidelines to ensure quality.
• Follow recipes and product directions for various foods.
• Estimate food requirements and keep records for production planning.
• Walk/stand for extended periods; maintain clean workstation.
• Duties may vary by account and be assigned as needed.
