Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time cook to prepare high-quality meals following recipes and special diet orders. You will work with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef to manage food prep, inventory, and supply orders, ensuring leftovers are stored properly and inventories are accurate.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of kitchen experience, knowledge of sanitation standards, and strong customer service skills to support a fast-paced team.

Qualificações

• At least two years of experience in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• The ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with the other restaurant team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
