Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Kitchen Associate to prepare high-quality food per recipes and special diets. You will collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply, including securing items for prep, proper storage, and inventory maintenance.

Qualifications include at least two years in a hotel kitchen or restaurant, knowledge of sanitation standards, clear communication, and the ability to work independently

Formación

• Two (2) years of experience in hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Clear communication and teamwork with restaurant staff.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Strong customer service skills.
