Qualifications

• Associates Culinary Degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• 2 years culinary experience or training required/desired.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality.
• Expedites orders in a timely manner.
• Practices sanitation throughout operations.
• Executes scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintains professional relationships with associates.
• Helps reduce loss and waste.
• Communicates equipment repair needs with the chef.
• Participates in training efforts and safety practices.
• Checks deliveries and reports variances to the chef in charge.
• Verifies proper cooler temperatures and daily cleaning.
• Processes inventory requisitions and receives supplies for production.
• Prepares food according to production plans and recipes.
