Plentiful Kitchen LLC in Oakland, CA is seeking a Part-Time Cook to join our friendly kitchen team. Sunday and Monday shifts from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, in a fast-paced environment that values fresh ingredients and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Experience with whole, clean ingredients and allergen-friendly recipes.
• Solid knife skills with precision and consistency.
• Reliable and punctual for every shift.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• ServSafe or CA Food Handler card, or willingness to obtain.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prep vegetables, proteins, and grains for weekly production.
• Make sauces, dressings, and baked goods from recipes.
• Portion, package, and label meals accurately.
• Store food properly and follow temperature guidelines.
• Keep your station clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety and allergen protocols, including gluten and dairy cross-contact prevention.
• Work steadily to meet production goals and timelines.
• Support the team with other kitchen tasks as needed.
