Three Leaf Catering on the University of Notre Dame campus is hiring Part-Time Cook 3 within the campus Hospitality department. This role focuses on preparing dishes, supervising junior cooks, and contributing to service excellence across stations while maintaining rigorous food safety standards.

The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure timely, high-quality meals for events and daily campus dining.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time.
• Ability to move, lift and handle equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced culinary techniques and support multiple stations as needed.
• Lead or supervise junior cooks during service to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Assist the Sous Chef or Head Chef with prep lists and production schedules.
• Maintain strict health code compliance and high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Participate in daily briefings and provide feedback to improve workflow and kitchen performance
