The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is hiring part-time Cook 3s within Three Leaf Catering in our campus Hospitality department. You will independently execute complex dishes, manage a station, and mentor junior cooks while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include advanced culinary techniques, supervising during service, assisting with recipes and schedules, and upholding health codes.

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Follow health and safety procedures for food handling.

Responsabilidades

• Execute advanced culinary techniques and station prep as needed.
• Lead or supervise junior cooks during service to ensure consistency.
• Assist with recipe testing, prep lists, and production schedules.
• Maintain strict health codes and high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Participate in daily briefings and provide workflow feedback.
