TerraBella Senior Living operates over 30 communities across the Carolinas, Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia, and Tennessee, offering a range of senior living options including Active Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Respite Care. We are seeking a Cook to join our community at TerraBella Summit.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare hot and cold menu items, working on the grill, sauté station, salad bar, and service line.
2. Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to menu cycles and standardized recipes.
3. Taste and assess food quality and palatability.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in Senior Living preferred.
2. Experience with production methods, portion control, and food safety required.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Attention to food presentation and detail.
5. Availability to work weekends.
