Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and portioning.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands and guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking to ensure flavor and presentation meet standards.
