True Classic is seeking a part-time Paralegal to own contract management and support daily legal operations. You will manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely renewals and filings.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive problem solving, and independent work in a fast-paced retail/commerce environment. On-site presence in Calabasas, CA is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and redlining routine commercial agreements.
• Management of contracts throughout their lifecycle including renewals and expirations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and calendar discipline.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day administration of the contract lifecycle, including tracking and renewal reminders.
• Draft and redline routine agreements from templates, including NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate revisions with stakeholders and legal counsel when needed.
• Maintain contract tracker and DocuSign repository, ensuring timely execution.
