Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 2-3 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• Strong sales skills and customer focus required.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run a Teller drawer as required by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow up.
• Meet or exceed sales, service and referral goals as set by management.
• Provide digital assistance and online banking support to clients.
