Arcadis is seeking a Construction Monitoring / Due Diligence Consultant for a Part Time As Needed role in the United States. The candidate will perform technical due diligence, monitor construction, assess risk, and engage with lenders and investors.

Ideal applicants have a background in architecture, engineering, or construction, with client-facing experience and professional qualifications such as PMP or MRICS preferred. The team supports assets monitoring nationwide.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction related field.
• Experience in Project Monitoring, Cost Estimating, Cost Management, Project Management preferred.
• Experience delivering data centres beneficial.
• Knowledge of property development and funding trends.
• Professional qualifications such as PMP, MRICS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently undertake, lead and deliver technical due diligence and construction phase monitoring reports.
• Review and catalogue financial security for borrower and loan documentation.
• Assess project sites, construction progress and risk data.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering risk reporting.
• Engage with clients and manage relationships as part of business development.
