Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Part-time as Needed Construction Inspector to join our Construction Management Team in South Florida. The role offers flexible hours based on workload with periodic full-time demand.

Travel to project sites will be required as needed, and the candidate will ensure Arcadis safety guidelines are followed. Ideal candidates have extensive inspection experience and strong mathematical and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of mechanical/civil/utility construction inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction work and perform punch list inspections.
• Review drawings and specifications and other technical documents; prepare daily activity and progress reports with photos.
• Attend and participate in construction meetings, safety meetings, and site coordination meetings.
• Monitor and document contractor resources (labor, materials, equipment) and assist with basic field changes.
• Verify equipment and materials installation for payment purposes and maintain payment quantity documentation.
