Arcadis is seeking a Part‑time as Needed Construction Inspector to join our Construction Management Team in South Florida. The position is on a PTAN basis, meaning hours assigned will vary depending on workload. While some weeks will require a full‑time inspector, other weeks will have downtime, providing flexibility for those seeking variable working hours.
The Construction Inspector will observe and inspect contractor work, perform punch list inspections, review drawings and specifications, and prepare detailed daily activity and progress reports/photos. Additionally, the inspector will participate in project schedule and contractor invoice reviews.
Required Qualifications: 5 years of mechanical/civil/utility construction inspection experience.
Preferred Qualifications: 8 or more years of civil/utility construction inspection experience, experience with structural/mechanical/electrical inspection activities on infrastructure projects, NASSCO ITCP/PACP certifications, ACI or NICET certifications, OSHA 10 Safety and Confined Space Entry Training, and active participation in a regional or national professional association.
