Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a part-time Conference Center Set Up team member in Columbia, MO. You will assist in setting up banquet spaces, operate kitchen and AV equipment, and maintain room cleanliness throughout and after events.

Expect hands-on work, physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, and a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED required; prior banquet setup experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hotel banquet setup is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist Conference Center Manager in setting up banquet facilities.
• Clean and maintain conference rooms and surrounding areas after functions.
• Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders for room setups and AV requirements.
• Assist caterers with food and beverage setup and presentation.
• Ensure security and cleanliness of conference spaces at all times.
