Stoney Creek Hospitality Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Breakfast Attendant in Columbia, MO. The role involves setting up the breakfast area, preparing menu items, and assisting guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor.

You will maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, monitor buffet quality, and ensure food safety standards are met throughout service. Previous food service or customer-facing experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Breakfast Setup: Arrive early to set up the breakfast area before guests arrive; stock dishes, utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and arrange breakfast items, including hot and cold foods, maintain freshness and presentation.
• Guest Assistance: Greet guests, answer questions, and accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests.
• Refilling and Replenishing: Monitor buffet, refill beverages, replace dishes, and keep area tidy.
• Cleanliness: Keep breakfast area clean, wipe tables, and manage spills promptly.
• Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations and monitor food temperatures.
• Record Keeping: Maintain records of food/beverage consumption and guest counts.
• Customer Service: Provide attentive service and address guest concerns.
• Problem Resolution: Handle complaints professionally and report issues to management.
• Foundational Skills: Stay organized, physically able to lift up to 35 lbs, and adapt to tasks.
