GardaWorld Security is seeking a Concierge Security Guard for the Pismo Beach, CA area. You will monitor surveillance, control access, and respond to incidents to protect people and property.

This part-time, site-based position offers a structured evening/weekend schedule and competitive pay. Ideal candidates are authorized to work in the U.S., hold a valid BSIS Guard Card with the required 32-hour trainings, and demonstrate strong report writing and technology skills.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) with 32hr trainings; additional training may be provided during hiring.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Good eyesight and focus.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety.
• Control access and verify visitor identities.
• Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
