GardaWorld Security Services in Pasadena, CA is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to monitor surveillance, spot threats, and deter incidents in high-security environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking facilities.

The role requires attention to detail, strong observation, and the ability to document events, conduct patrols, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed. Weekend schedule plus potential additional shifts.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide HS Diploma or GED
• BSIS Guard Card with 32hr trainings (can be obtained during hiring)
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security/Military/Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor IDs
• Analyze systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property
