GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a friendly and professional Concierge Security Officer in San Francisco, CA. You will greet visitors, verify identities, manage access, and patrol assigned sites such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States (US).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional customer service skills expected.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32-hour BSIS trainings are required or can be obtained during hiring.

Responsibilities

• greet visitors and provide customer service.

• Perform regular site patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
