Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a polished Concierge for our luxury multifamily community in Fort Worth. You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and provide discreet, high-touch service at all times.

The ideal candidate has strong hospitality background, excellent communication, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset. Flexible schedules include weekends and holidays, with on-site work at our downtown Fort Worth property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.

  • Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
