Westmont Living, Inc. seeks a compassionate Concierge for our front desk team at Westmont of Cypress. This part-time role supports residents and enhances their daily experience with a warm, friendly greeting and professional assistance.

The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Schedule is 3:00pm to 8:00pm; benefits are available after eligibility, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years practical administrative support.
• Ability to handle constant interruptions.
• Must be highly organized and pay great attention to detail, including ability to focus, follow-up and multi-task effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must exercise good judgment and make competent decisions.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
