Job summary

Visit Fort Collins is seeking a Part-Time Concierge & Event Specialist to act as the community ambassador, delivering personalized guest experiences and seamless event support at the Fort Collins Welcome Center and related venues.

Responsibilities include high-quality customer service, expert local recommendations, and proactive event coordination with vendors, setup, and A/V troubleshooting. Flexible schedule includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Entry to two years in visitor/customer service in tourism/hospitality/event industry or retail preferred.
• Specialized customer service or event management training preferred.
• Visit Fort Collins Training to be completed within 30 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Greet and ensure top-quality service for guests, including phone inquiries.
• Provide proactive concierge service with resources, itineraries, and recommendations for Fort Collins activities.
• Assist with local bookings for hotels, restaurants, and other experiences.
• Promote Visit Fort Collins programs and events to visitors and attendees.
• Support and coordinate event setup, on-site logistics, and A/V troubleshooting.
• Manage on-site guest interactions and vendor communications as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
