Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required; Driver’s Record check possible.
• Be professional, articulate and able to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Greet guests and direct entry into the venue; scan tickets or verify wristbands as needed.
• Direct foot traffic and maintain orderly queues and crowd flow.
• Provide guest directions and information to enhance the experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency in designated areas.
