Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the front desk.
• Keep the lobby clean and organized; assist with packages.
• Handle resident requests and log service tickets.
• Monitor visitor parking and issue passes.
• Answer phones and forward calls as needed.
• Sign for, track, and distribute packages to residents.
• Receive and log service requests from residents.
• Respond to emergencies when necessary.
