Job summary

The Indigo at Lansing is seeking a friendly, professional Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, guests and vendors at our senior living community. This part-time evening position supports hospitality, light clerical tasks, and daily resident needs.

Shifts include Monday–Friday 5pm–8pm and weekend options from 8am–2pm or 2pm–8pm. You will greet visitors, assist with transportation and tours, help with meal service, and handle mail and basic admin with a courteous, can-do

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in senior living or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with basic technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., walk, stand, and perform light clerical duties.
• Professional, courteous, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
