Job summary

Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to join our senior living community. You’ll provide essential office support, assist the Community Director, and help maintain a welcoming, organized environment.

Responsibilities include filing, payroll prelims, onboarding paperwork, greeting visitors, coordinating communications, and ensuring confidential handling of information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
  • Experience in office administration or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with technology.

  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as requested by the Community Director.

You’ll work closely with the Community Director, assist staff and residents, and help maintain a welcoming, organized environment.
