Job summary

Jaybird Senior Living seeks a friendly Concierge for part-time evening shifts (Mon–Fri 5p–8p) and weekend availability (8a–2p or 2p–8p) to greet residents, guests, and vendors.

You will support transportation, scheduling, personal shopping, tours, meal delivery, and light clerical tasks, while handling mail, packages, and maintenance requests as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years customer service experience, preferably in senior living or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with basic technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
