Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Able to lift and carry items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and to work stairs/ramps.

Responsibilities

• Supervises concession stand workers and assigns duties at the stand.
• Trains personnel and ensures proper operation of assigned stands.
• Maintains cleanliness and stock of stations; orders replacement stock as needed.
• Manages cash handling and inventory; analyzes discrepancies with supervision.
• Ensures accurate banking, end-of-event reports, and stock organization for next event.
