Boulder County District Attorney's Office is hiring a Computing Specialist II at 0.5 FTE for 20 hours per week in the Boulder office. The role involves designing, installing, and managing countywide PCs, software, and network environments, with emphasis on end-user support and secure computing.

The position is exempt under FLSA, requires Colorado residency by start, and offers a salary range of $35,214–$50,695 with a hiring range up to $40,000. Some evenings/weekend duties may apply.

Competenze

• Requires knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, utilities and tools.
• Experience with Office 365, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot a variety of technical problems and communicate with non-technical users.

Mansioni

• Analyze computer needs across the District Attorney's Office and recommend hardware/software.
• Install and configure desktop hardware/software and network equipment.
• Provide user support and research related technology as needed.
• Ensure system patching and security updates.
• Provide basic training to employees on software/hardware.
• Configure, maintain, and inventory hardware resources.
• Maintain documentation for all tasks.
• Coordinate with IT department for upgrades and new software/hardware.
• Maintain service request records and deliver good customer service.
