The Boulder County Attorney’s Office is hiring a half-time Assistant County Attorney I or II. This role will primarily focus on child support and investigations/recovery of welfare overpayments, with the potential to engage in related duties within the Children and Families Services Division.

Ideal candidates will have a JD degree (Colorado license) and, for Attorney II, at least two years of practice experience, plus strong research, writing, and collaborative skills suitable for a public

• Assistant County Attorney II requires a minimum of two years’ experience as a practicing attorney.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the state in child support proceedings and enforcement.
• Represent the county in recovery of welfare benefits overpayments and coordinate with state agencies.
• Assist in other duties in the Children and Families Services Division (dependency and neglect, mental health, delinquency, adult protection, drug court, appeals, records management).
