Allied Universal in Wilkes-Barre, PA, seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time to provide reliable, customer-focused protection at a healthcare retail pharmacy location. This role offers flexible fixed shifts with anchor scheduling and the opportunity to earn more through additional shifts.

The position includes access control, badge management, CPR certification, and strong customer service experience. You will patrol, respond to incidents, document activities, and support loss prevention

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background investigation and drug screen required by employment laws.
Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors following security procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly while notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular patrols of store, pharmacy areas, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances/exits and high-traffic areas, report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns.
Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain professional interactions.
