Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Service in Chester, PA. The role offers flexible, anchored shifts with a six-month commitment, plus optional extra shifts to increase earnings through our scheduling platform.

You will perform unarmed patrols, respond to incidents, monitor access, and deliver courteous customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. This position supports part-time scheduling with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including exterior areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and help to deter unauthorized access or prohibited activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
