Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• STNA/CNA (Preferred).
• CPR Certification (Preferred).
• Strong understanding of English reading, writing and interpretation of administrative information.

Responsibilities

• Uphold mission, vision and goals of the organization.
• Document daily care and provide personal care as planned.
• Assist residents with meals and activities.
• Maintain records per company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Attend trainings and meetings as scheduled.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Ensure safety and infection control policies are followed.
• Communicate resident needs to Wellness leadership.
• Support residents’ independence and dignity.
