Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Encourage participation in community activities and provide companionship to foster social connections.
• Help with meals, light housekeeping, and maintaining a home-like environment.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medications as needed.
