Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- English reading, writing and verbal communication required.
- Background check required before hire.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.
- Physical duties include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
- Support individuals to participate in community activities.
- Ensure health and safety of individuals and support personal goals.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain homes per CLC standards.
- Provide intervention during hospitalizations, injuries, or emergencies.
- Prepare meals per established menus considering dietary needs.
