Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid NYS driver’s license compliant with agency’s insurance standards.
• Comfortable transporting individuals in your personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene tasks.
• Provide companionship, supervision, and instruction ensuring safety.
• Document service implementation and individual progress in the Medisked system.
