Job summary

• Excellent customer service and communication skills; knowledge of facility operations policies and procedures (record-keeping, safety, set-ups).
• Ability to follow policies and provide courteous assistance to patrons.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing facilities and amenities for patron use, recreation programs, and special events.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of rooms, equipment, and A/V equipment.
• Maintain facility and equipment; perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Provide courteous assistance to patrons, City staff, and Supervisors.
