Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server for its community dining room. You will greet residents, guide them to tables, present menus, and assist with drink selections to create an exceptional dining experience.

You will handle orders via the POS system and support opening/closing dining room duties, delivering top-tier service consistent with the community’s standards.

Qualifications

• Smiles and compassion for residents.
• Under 18? must provide schoolwork authorization if applicable.
• Must hold Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist with drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the on-site POS system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
