Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a Program Director to lead and expand the local LifeWise program and build partnerships with schools, churches and families. You will serve as a trusted representative in the community and communicate the program's vision and impact.

You will coordinate fundraising efforts, steward donors, recruit and support volunteers, and manage scheduling, enrollment and basic administration while upholding a Christ-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor communication and stewardship.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members and foster a Christ-centered culture.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks; assist with budgeting and compliance.
