Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director to lead and grow the local LifeWise program, building relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members, and serving as a trusted representative to families and partners.

You'll lead fundraising and donor stewardship, coordinate community events, recruit and support team members, and oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks while maintaining compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration or community engagement is helpful, but heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members
• Serve as a trusted LifeWise Academy representative in the local community
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program to families and partners
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor communication and stewardship
• Lead donor presentations, appreciation and sponsorship opportunities
• Recruit, train and support team members; foster a safe, welcoming Christ-centered culture for students and families
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks; maintain compliance with school policies
