Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director to help grow the LifeWise program in local communities. You will build partnerships with schools, churches and families, lead fundraising, recruit and support a church and community team, and manage enrollment and basic operations with a heart for the mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, or community engagement is helpful.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor communication.
• Recruit, train and support team members.
• Oversee enrollment, scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with LifeWise Academy policies.
