Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a Part-Time Program Director in Bellefontaine, OH to grow the LifeWise program in your community.

You will develop partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members, serve as a representative, and communicate the vision and impact of the program.

The role emphasizes fundraising, volunteer recruitment, scheduling, budgeting support and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful.
• Heart for the mission and ability to lead diverse community teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community.
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor campaigns.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Recruit, train and support volunteers; ensure classes run smoothly and safely.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks; assist budgeting and stewardship.
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise procedures.
