Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director to help lead and grow the local LifeWise program. You will build relationships with schools, churches and families, and manage fundraising and community support initiatives to sustain and expand the program.

You will recruit and support team members, ensure classes run smoothly and maintain program operations in alignment with LifeWise procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration or volunteer coordination is helpful.
• Heart forthe mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build community relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns.
• Lead church presentations, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities and community outreach initiatives.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
