Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director to lead and grow the LifeWise program within the local community. You will develop partnerships with schools, churches and parents, serve as a representative of LifeWise Academy, and communicate the vision and impact of the program.

You will coordinate fundraising campaigns, donor communication, and community outreach while recruiting and supporting team members, ensuring classes run smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
