Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director to help grow the LifeWise program within the local community. You will build relationships with schools, churches and families, and represent LifeWise Academy as a trusted community leader.

You will lead fundraising efforts, donor stewardship and community outreach, while supporting teams and managing scheduling, enrollment and basic operations to ensure smooth program delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community.
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
