Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas; replace trash bags and remove litter.
• Set up and break down furniture for community events as needed.
• Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests; respond to maintenance requests.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations; report hazards.
