Job summary

Royal American Companies is seeking a part-time Porter to maintain grounds at Magnolia Place in New Port Richey, FL. Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure attractive property grounds, follow OSHA standards, and uphold safety policies while maintaining a professional appearance and attendance.

The role includes water and lawn care, equipment maintenance, and coordinated responses to emergencies as needed, with daily communication with the supervisor and on-site duties

Qualifications

• Clearly communicate verbally, in writing and ability to read in English.
• Read, understand and follow handwritten/printed work orders, provide handwritten/typed responses and reports.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice OSHA standards, safety policy, and stay aware of work-safety requirements.
• Water plants daily and maintain grounds as directed by the community manager.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance on grounds and facilities.
• Assist custodial tasks and provide after-hours emergency support as needed.
