Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a part-time Community Ambassador for The Standard at Fort Collins. You will guide prospective residents through leasing, assist with marketing events, and support resident experience to maximize occupancy.

The role requires 15–20 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, with duties spanning tours, lead follow-up, and social media promotion. Knowledge of housing contracts, strong organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred; Entrata

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and clearly communicate information to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors.
• Close sales by generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, and following up.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in on-/off-campus marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns using the Property Management Software.
• Maintain a positive community environment and address resident concerns with escalation as needed.
• Participate in Turn-related activities and on-call rotation for after-hours lockouts.
